GE Money now occupies a new 250,000 square foot
headquarters in three individual buildings, in a campus
setting in Stamford. The space boasts warm colors, natural
light, inviting central “pantries”, and plentiful conference/
huddle rooms. This wonderful new completely wireless
for phone, PC and internet facility differs significantly in
another aspect from the previous facility; with only 20%
of the staff in offices, down from 80%. Employees met
major cultural changes in space standards with acceptance
and appreciation that is so favorable. “I know our new
headquarters will reduce absenteeism, reduce churn, and
create a positive atmosphere of hiring”, said Mr. Charlie
Crabtree, Chief Operating Officer.
