PHS is one of those clients every architectural firm dreams of working
with. CPG started helping PHS in 1990 when their first office was
in a trailer in Shelton, CT, while they were waiting for an office
building to be constructed.
CPG has helped PHS with every possible architectural and interior
design service for the past ten years and in doing so has gained
a tremendous respect for their management and staff. All the projects
are truly a team effort.
CPG has planned and designed every location in three states and
helped them set standards through which efficiencies and cost savings
have been realized.
Over the years CPG has assisted in the development of a master
plan, planned a major relocation into a new headquarters complex
of 200,000 SF and started the planning of an additional facility.
PHS also uses CPG’s Facility Management system to keep track
of space utilization and chargebacks of space and personnel moves
and changes.
