Shelton, CT
Developer, Bob Scinto, retained CPG to design a stand alone
6,000 s.f. building to house a sales center and model
residence in order to market his new rental and condominium
tower in Shelton CT. The building will be complete early in
2008. The design of the model served as a prototype for the
specifications for all interior layout, millwork, trim, finishes,
hardware, and kitchen and bathroom design. CPG also
consulted on the final layouts of all the units as well as
the
design of the building lobby and common spaces.
